BSST’s parent company is Amerigon Incorporated, (Nasdaq: ARGN), headquartered in Dearborn,
Michigan. Amerigon develops, manufactures and markets proprietary high technology automotive components and systems to car and truck original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and seat suppliers worldwide. Amerigon is currently focusing its efforts on expanding the adoption of its Climate Control Seat™ (CCS™) by automotive and seat manufacturers worldwide. CCS provides year round comfort by providing both heating and cooling to seat occupants.

  • World’s largest supplier of thermoelectric
    systems for automobiles.

  • Develops, produces, sells TE-based passenger/driver cooling and heating seat system
    (CCS) to four major automakers on a total of nine models, with     additional programs in
