When you submit an inquiry
to us, the more specific that you are in your problem or requirement
description, the more effectively and quickly we can respond to you.
We recognize that the character and complexity of the situations that
we will be asked to assess will be quite diverse. To help you select
the information that you decide to provide, a series of questions
are listed below for your consideration. They are provided to stimulate
your thinking when considering what to include in your inquiry. There
is no requirement for you to address these questions, but at least
answering some of the basic ones will help you receive the best possible
response from us.
QUESTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION IN PREPARING AN
INQUIRY

need to maintain in your assembly or device, or at the site of
your requirement?
- What is the range of heat generation for the device, assembly or
site that requires temperature control?
- What is the expected ambient temperature range in the immediate
environment of your temperature control site?
- What is the physical configuration of the device or site to be controlled?
- What specific constraints exist for a temperature control system?
(Size, cost, power consumption/availability, airflow, ability to
discharge heated air into the surrounding environment, ability to
draw air into a system from the surrounding environment, need for
integration within a device versus being located near the device
or site.)
- What kind of power will be available for operation of the temperature
control
unit? How much power is available?
