BSST is able to provide its customers with powerful and innovative temperature control solutions due in very large part to proprietary advances in the performance of thermoelectric technology that it has developed. The intellectual property that constitutes these advances is being captured in a concentrated and growing body of patents. At present, key patents fundamental to BSST's proprietary advantage have been issued or allowed. A number of additional patent applications are pending.
